Dr Jay has been serving the Townsville community as a general practitioner since 2005, delivering comprehensive, patient-centred care with warmth and compassion. With a strong commitment to Indigenous health, paediatric care, and the prevention of chronic disease, Dr Jay is deeply passionate about supporting patients through every stage of life.
Known for his kind and welcoming nature, he finds great joy in helping others and strives to create a comfortable, respectful environment for all. Outside of work, Dr Jay enjoys light exercise, meditation, and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. He truly believes his life’s calling is to provide the best possible health care to his community.

Dr Ratan practises with a strong commitment to holistic, patient-centred care. He takes the time to understand the physical, psychological, social and cultural factors that influence health, and places great importance on continuity of care and long-term therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
His clinical interests include chronic disease management such as diabetes, hypertension and asthma, skin cancer checks and procedures, men’s health, children’s health, aged care, immunisations and travel medicine, and minor surgical procedures.
Dr Ratan is fluent in English, Bengali and Hindi.

Appointments are longer in duration and include thorough assessment, hands-on treatment and tailored exercise programs. Mitchell takes a whole-person approach to physiotherapy, helping patients return to the activities they love sooner and with confidence.
Mitchell accepts private patients as well as WorkCover, DVA, third-party insurance and GP Chronic Condition Management (GPCCM) plans. He is available at the clinic on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:15am to 5:00pm.

She spent many years working in the justice system as a psychologist. This has involved roles as a member of the Queensland Parole Board, being an expert witness, report writer in the Federal Magistrates Court and on occasion for the Family Court of Australia. Since 1999, she has also written reports for use in sentencing in all levels of Court in the criminal jurisdiction and for a number of years wrote reports for victims of crime.
Christine is a co-founder of the Mens Toolbox, an organisation which provides support services for men who are experiencing relationship challenges and family separation.
Chrstine is currently seeing patients that are referred by their GPs under the Medicare funded Mental Health Care Plan program.

He now lives in Brisbane and shares his time between Neurosciences QLD, Neurosciences North Queensland and consults across Australia for Medicolegal opinions.
He consults in a broad range of neurological disorders, with a special interest in headache, movement disorders, deep brain stimulation, device assisted therapy in advanced Parkinson's disease and botulinum toxin for neurological indications.
