Medicare rebates for telehealth generally require an existing relationship with the practice or GP, including a face-to-face appointment in the previous 12 months. Exceptions may apply. Please call reception before booking if you are unsure whether you are eligible.

Before your appointment
- If this is your first visit please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any paperwork.
- Bring your Medicare card, concession card, or DVA card if applicable.
- If you are a new patient, please let reception know when booking.
- For urgent medical concerns, please call us directly or present to your nearest emergency department.
