As of Monday 5th August 2024, fees for your physiotherapy sessions will increase with bulk-billing NO longer available.
Private: $105
Concession: $95
EPC Plan from your GP (Medicare Rebate):
Concession card: $75.35 with a rebate of $60.35
No Concession: $105 with a rebate of $60.35

That's right! Dr Dhananjay and Dr Sunita Pawar are constructing the purpose-built clinic right next door. After multiple hurdles and roadblocks to getting approval, construction has finally commenced.
By the end of this year, you should see the clinic taking shape.
We will establish a one-stop clinic housing multiple professions, a pathology with its dedicated waiting room, and a chemist attached to the building, physiotherapist, podiatrist, psychologist, dietician, speech pathologist, and therapist to name a few.

Introducing - The Health & Wellbeing Wulguru purpose built clinic.
We would like to inform you that we will be participating in a new initiative called MyMedicare, and invite all of you, who consider us to be your usual practice, to participate as of 1 October 2023.
MyMedicare is a new Commonwealth Government initiative. It is a voluntary registration system that allows you to formally register with your usual general practice and preferred GP. This registration aims to strengthen the relationship between you, your GP, and the team at HWBW to provide you continuity of care in order to improve your health and wellbeing.

Flu Vaccinations have commenced. All patients over the age of 65, are immunocompromised or Aboriginal and/or Torres Trait Islander may now book an appointment to receive their Flu vaccination.
Bookings are essential so give our friendly staff a call on 4778 3355 to book yourself in.
All other patients are advised to wait for the second batch to arrive and notification will be posted on our website, Facebook and signage placed out in the waiting rooms.

Practice Notice
If we are your regular GP and would like to help us provide a better coordinated and continuous health care to you, we encourage you to register and nominate us with the MyMedicare initiative. For more information, please visit our MyMedica
We prefer to see you for face to face appointments as we believe it is far more beneficial for you. Telehealth consult is still available and our staff will advise on the necessity and availability.
If you have respiratory symptoms, please continue to perform a RAT or PCR test prior to your appointment. If you are COVID positive, we can offer telehealth.
